Most learning platforms can tell you who finished a course. Capacity Connect is built to answer a harder question: what is this organisation actually capable of, and where is it weakest?
The system calculates; the model explains. Scores, competency levels, rankings and certificate eligibility are computed by the application from your data. The AI reads those numbers and puts them into words — it is never asked to do the arithmetic, so a result cannot drift because a model had an off day.
Recommendations point at courses that genuinely exist in the catalogue, never invented ones. Questions drafted for a trainer are drafts: a person reviews, edits and publishes them.
Permissions apply to the AI too. The assistant only ever sees the data your role already allows you to see. It cannot be talked into showing you anything else, because the filtering happens on the server before the model is called.
